a Safe Halloween!
Halloween Can Be Fun, But Better Watch Out... By
Anthony Frank Halloween
is a favorite holiday for kids. Princesses, super heroes and hobos join ghosts,
goblins and witches wandering from door to door shouting the familiar question,
"Trick or treat?" Parents
enjoy Halloween along with the kids especially if they know a few tips
for safety... When
your children go trick or treating make sure that you are with them.
There
are dangers lurking in the dark for kids and people out there that are not trick
or treating for candy, but for other little treats. When
you are done trick or treating and the baskets are full, check the contents and
then check them again to make sure that every piece of candy is safe to eat.
Throw
away any unwrapped goodies unless you really know the person who gave them out.
Dressing
up and eating yummy candy is fun no matter what day of the year. But
when it comes to this time of year, parents need to stay alert to monitor their
children and what their young trick or treaters bring home. We
hope you have fun with your little ones and remember to stay safe!
