Walk the Plank for BBQ Flavor

Grill using wood planks to add
a smoky flavor to fish, chicken
or other grilled foods.

If you're looking for a new grilling idea, walk the plank!

Cedar plank grilling infuses food with a delicious smoky flavor.

The beauty of this method is it requires little supervision, so you can spend less time at the barbecue and more time with family and friends. Plank-grilled foods are a refreshing change of pace from typical barbecue fare.

The result is moist, flavourful and it's so easy to do! For the best grilling techniques to cook up other succulent summertime meats visit kraftcanada.com/summerfun.
