With the word 'orchestra' in their name, I wasn't jumping in line to become a TSO fan, but count me in among the growing legion

The
Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas Concert is foot-stomping, soul-stirring
experience you do not want to miss.
A sort
of Christmas version of a rock opera, the
first half of the concert is bascially a story set to music.
Each year, the show is phenomenally narrated with songs
synched to an equally impressive laser and light show. With
almost every beat, there is a different visual that would
drive the effect deeper.
And just
when you think it couldn't get better, the second half of
the show featured song after song including spotlight performances
on a driving drum solo and dueling keyboards.
You can
feel the bass down to your toes as backup singers and choreographed
dancers add to the excitment. The electric guitars and violins,
keyboards, drums, singing -- not to mention the falling snow,
the dry ice effects, and the pyrotechnics -- make this concert
an experience that you will not want to miss!
There
is so much that goes on during this holiday concert that it's
difficult to describe the full effect. Go see it for yourself
and experience the contagious energy with each and every song.
