For Mother's Day , my husband treated
me to a weekend get-away. Eleven years and
four children later, it was our first weekend away...

Step into another world at the Jasmine Plantation in Virginia.

The Jasmine Plantation, is a quiet and cozy bed & breakfast in Providence Forge, Virginia, close to the Williamsburg outlet stores, Colonial Williamsburg, and the historic state capital in Richmond.

The six bedrooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately kept, and the rates are reasonable. More importantly, you receive five star treatment!

The hosts, Rebecca and Scott, are kind, thoughtful, friendly, accommodating, and great cooks! The breakfasts were out of this world. Delicious is the only way to describe them from the chocolate chip scones to the salsa eggs over ham and tortillas.

The land is beautiful with over forty acres. There are nature trails to walk and a gazebo with a swing to snuggle up with your sweetie.

When you walk into the inn you walk into another world.

Be sure to check out the antiques throughout the inn, and the photo albums reflecting the history of the plantation and its owners.

I was not prepared for such a wonderful weekend, but it was one I will never forget.

The Jasmine Plantation will not be a well kept secret for long - since I tell everyone I know how amazing a place it really is!
