"Helping Hands" Christmas Tree

Instructions :

1. Trace your left and right hand on at least 9 pieces of green construction paper (the larger the tree, the more handprints you'll need).

2. Cut out the handprints and glue them together face down to form the Christmas tree (see picture).

3. Cut a rectangle from brown construction paper to form the trunk.

4. Use your imagination and decide how best to decorate your tree. Use red construction paper to cut out circles and stars to make ornaments, or spread sparkle glue in semicircles around the tree to form the garland.

5. Punch a hole in the top and tie some string through the hole to use as hanger. Attach to the wall or hang from the mantel or Christmas tree.
