food you eat. Articles talk about what kind of nutrition you
can expect from processed foods and other hot topics. The
links are very impressive. Great site - thanks to Dr. David
for suggesting it.

- Diet & Nutrition - A good read, and plenty of
it, with engaging feature articles on seasonal recipes, heart
healthy diets, diabetes and nutrition, plus expert Q&A
and tools such as a calorie counter, a dessert wizard and
interactive nutrition quiz.
Food
& Nutrition - familydoctor.org - An encyclopedia
of good nutrition with facts, information and tips on weight
loss, kids' nutrition, how to's on reading a food label, dietary
fiber, vitamin and minerals guide.
Harvard
School of Public Health - Reliable information on
diet and nutrition for clinicians, allied health professionals,
and the public with links to other reputable nutrition sites
and off-line resources.
British
Nutrition Foundation - This site presents scientifically
based nutritional information on many different topics. Info
sources and links are UK based, for the most part, with a
few European nutrition sites included. Good selection of resources.
The
World Health Organization - Global look at dietary
trends and problems. Good information on nutritional deficiencies
and dietary information in various populations.
