St Patrick's Day is not the only time to visit an Irish pub, but it may be the most popular way to end a day watching or marching in the parade.

In Ireland, a 'public house' serves alcohol, but that's only one of the activities that go on. Gathering at the pub is a top idea for a way to spend time with friends, tell stories, or play a hearty round of darts.
