MAIN Pop Culture Reality TV Celebrity Apprentice

Celebrity bossman Donald Trump headed up a whole new Celebrity Apprentice when it premiered on February 19, 2012 at 9PM ET on NBC as it began its 5th season.

This time around, 18 celebrities - the largest Celebrity Apprentice cast ever - include singer Clay Aiken; comedian Adam Carolla; former talk show host Arsenio Hall; reality stars Victoria Gotti ("Growing Up Gotti") and Teresa Giudice ("Real Housewives of New Jersey"); and original Star Trek alumnus, George Takei.

As the season progressed, millions of fans tuned to see who got to stay and who heard those fateful words: "You're fired!"

Before the season even began, rumors had swirled which already narrowed down the contestants to only two possible winners: Clay Aiken and Arsenio Hall.

THE BIG FINALE: As the season came to its inevitable climax, the Final TWO (with early rumors of Clay Aiken becoming the big winner) was almost on the money - except for the fact that it was Arsenio Hall who took the of Celebrtiy Apprentice and the $250000 for the charity of his choice.

While viewers are treated to the usual cold sweats, back-stabbing maneuvers and "oh no he didn't" moments that make great gossip the morning after, they can also count on real, hair-raising drama as celebrities duke it out under the direction of The Donald.

Set in New York, contestants are given business-oriented projects to vie for the ultimate $250,000 prize and the title of top Celebrity Apprentice.

Rejoining daddy Trump in the boardroom are his children, Ivanka and Donald Jr., who have input each week into the final decision on Who Stays and Who Gets Fired.
