Bratz Come To Life In Movie Debut
OMG BFF Bratz
are in a MOVIE!!
The highly popular dolls BRATZ finally come alive in BRATZ, the first live action feature film based on the chic fashion dolls.
The sassy girls moved from just being dolls to the world of animated cartoons and music videos a while ago. Now we see the four friends become real life girls as Yasmin (Nathalia Ramos), Jade (Janel Parrish), Sasha (Logan Browning) and Cloe (Skyler Shaye) step into the scary world of a new school.
Anyone who follows the girls knows that they have been Inseparable Friends since they first met. The Bratz have always supported each other's individual personalities, talents and fabulous fashion styles. Four very different young women in outlook and background, they built an enduring friendship based on respecting and benefitting from their differences.
As long as they can remember, Yasmin, Jade, Sasha and Cloe have been "BFF" - Best Friends Forever.
But now as the BFF enter Carry Nation High, Yasmin, Jade, Sasha and Cloe face a brand new world.
For fans of the Bratz boys, Cameron, Dylan and Koby, you'll find them helping the girls work out the problems they meet in this great for tweens and teens movie.
As the Bratz navigate their way through this story, we will see how the four friends move from cartoon characters into young women who represent honestly being real while staying cool and, most importantly, being true to their friendship.
This test of their friendship is one many teens can relate to. The school they enter is a blackboard jungle. For the first time they discover life as a teenager means dealing with a system of social cliques, all strictly enforced by plastic, self-centered, senior Meredith Baxter Dimly.
Meredith makes the rules for cool and breaks anyone who doesn't fit her mold. She is both worshiped and hated by most of the school.
Teens and tweens moving up to a new school will relate to the pain of trying to keep old friendships alive while fitting in with the new kids. Our girls find themselves being pulled further and further apart. BFF begins to look like history.
But the girls band together and rise up as "the Bratz" to fight peer pressure and keep their friendship alive.
In the end, the Bratz rule and Meredith gets to see that judging people on what they wear or other "coolness" factors leaves her out in the cold.
The adventure helps everyone learn that fitting in is not always the best way to go. Watching the girls struggle with adjusting to a new school and all that it brings should give anyone facing the same thing in September a set of tools to hlp get through it.
Empowerment means standing up for your friends, being true to yourself and living out your dreams and aspirations. Being who you are is the real rule for cool!
BRATZ is directed by Sean McNamara (Raise Your Voice). Crystal Sky Pictures is financing the film. Arad Productions' Avi Arad, MGA's Isaac Larian and Crystal Sky's Steven Paul are producing the picture, and Crystal Sky Pictures president Benedict Carver will executive produce. Lionsgate is distributing BRATZ in the United States.

CLOE:
Cloe's so creative that her whole life has become a work of art, from designing fantastic fashions to creating cool new cosmetic looks to her tendency to be dramatic! Sometimes her imagination runs away with her, but her friends help this 'Angel' stay grounded!
