MAIN Television Soap Operas One Life To Live

Since July 15, 1968, One Life to Live has shown some things just get better and better. One Life To Live was created by Agnes Nixon. She settled the Lord familiy, the Siegels, the Rileys, and the Woleks in the fictional city of Llanview, Pennsylvania.

Today, the character of Victoria Lord still remains the center of One Life to Live as does the actress who plays her, Erika Slezak, who garnered the show six Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. The spotlight is shared with the other families in Llanview: the Buchanans, Rapaports, Gannons, Holdens and Cramers, among others.

There have been many crossovers over the years between One Life to Live and All My Children, including a 2004 baby switch story that took forever to wrap up. It involved One Life to Live's Cramers and Buchanans, and All My Children's Chandlers, Kanes and Martins.
