MAIN Pop Culture Reality TV Real World - Road Rules Challenge

Watch for some of your favorites might be back to vie for great prizes and reality television renown.

This season, veterans compete against "rookies" in a variety of sandy competitions designed to separate the competitive spirited from the attention-starved reality TV stars.

Brutal physical challenges send the captain of the losing team against one of their own teammates onto the sandy beaches of Trinidad and Tobago, to scratch and claw their way to see another day of competition on the ever-coveted air waves of MTV.

It gets a little gritty, and the competition will undoubtidly smolder as the season heats up. I would be remiss not to mention the personal relationships of all the cast members makes this show drama-filled as well.

What...did you expect anything less?

The Real World - Road Rules Challenges of the past have caught us up with old favorites such as Eric Nies, and introduced us to new fierce competitors such as Derrick (Road Rules X-treme). If you keep up on your old friends from the prior seasons cast, you probably spot them on television every now and again.

And don't forget about the Inferno, Battle of the Sexes and of course the mother all reality TV shows - Real World.
