Chopped Chicken Liver
Ingredients
3 tablespoons rendered (melted) chicken fat1 medium onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 pound chicken livers3 hard-boiled eggssalt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Melt the chicken fat in a large frying pan.2. Add the onions and garlic and saute until tender.3. Add the chicken livers and saute until completely browned.4. Let cool, add eggs and chop livers and eggs together until desired consistency is reached (coarse, fine).5. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve chilled on crackers or bagel.
