Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
|
4 pounds Chicken wings, cut in thirds salt & pepper 4 cups vegetable oil 4 tablespoons butter 5 tablespoons Tabasco sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white wine vinegar

Instructions:
|
1. In a large skillet, heat oil to 375F. 2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Add chicken wings to hot oil and fry until golden brown. 4. Keep adding wings and drain on paper towels as you remove them. 5. Melt butter and stir in hot sauce, lemon juice or vinegar. Remove from heat. 6. Place chicken on a warm serving platter, pour Buffalo sauce over the top and serve. Serve with traditional garnishes of celery and Blue Cheese dressing for dipping.
