Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
1 lb. fettuccine pasta1/2 cup softened butter2 cups heavy cream1 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot bring water to boil and cook fettucine until tender.2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt the butter, then add cream, salt and pepper.3. Bring to boil and immediately lower heat and let simmer for a few minutes.4. Remove from heat and add fettuccini and parmesan cheese, tossing to coat well. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
