1. Gently place eggs in a medium saucepan and fill with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes.
2. Drain water from eggs and run cold tap water over them to cool.
3. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
4. Remove egg yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
5. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and mash to a creamy smooth consistency.
6. Gently spoon mixture into egg white halves
7. Lightly dust tops with paprika.
Makes 12 deviled eggs.
