Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar until thick. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff. 3. In another bowl, beat the cream until thick. 4. Stir in the cream with the yolks, then gently fold in egg whites, 5. Add milk, bourbon and vanilla and mix well. 6. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator 7. Pour into large punch bowl and sprinkle nutmeg on top before serving.
