Ingredients

Fresh peach puree or nectar
Chilled Champagne
Peach slice for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a chilled champagne flute pour the peach until the glass is about 1/4 full.
2. Add chilled champagne to fill the glass.
3. Garnish glass with peach slice.
4. Serve.

Helpful Hints:

If you can't get fresh peaches, you can use canned. Just try to get unsweetened peaches and drain them before you use them and don't use the canned peaches for garnish on the glass, although you can add one slice to the glass as dressing.

This can also be made with peach Schnapps, but it is a very different taste. The real peaches make a better drink.
