Death By Chocolate Cocktail

Ingredients

1 shot Irish cream
1 shot Vermeer Dutch Chocolate Cream Liqueur
1/2 shot brown creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
1 shot cream
1 scoop chocolate ice cream (frozen - not soft)
1/2 cup crushed ice
Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until thick and smooth.
3. Pour into wide mouth glass.
4. Top with whipped cream.
5. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on the cream.

Helpful Hints:

There are a few variations of this cocktail. Some add a bit more ice cream or use milk instead of cream. This is a delicious drink, especially for chocolate lovers. Beware. The alcohol content is high and it is easy to misjudge when you should switch to plain chocolate milk!
