1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter, orange zest, and cranberries together and mix well.
3. Pour in 2 cups of cream and gently mix, add a little more cream as needed to make nice dough.
4. Shape the dough into 2 circles about 8 inches in diameter. Cut into 8 wedges; bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
