English Muffin Pizza Snacks

Ingredients

4 English Muffins

8 slices mozzarella cheese

1 small jar tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Divide English Muffins into 2 halves and toast them.

2. Put the toasted muffins on a cookie sheet.

2. Place a slice of cheese on each half muffin.

3. Top each with sauce, just like a pizza.

4. Place in oven at 375 degrees or microwave until cheese becomes soft, about 1 minute in the microwave and a bit longer in a regular oven.

5. Allow to cool for a minute and serve.
