Ingredients:

Bass Ale

Guinness

Instructions:

1. Hold your pint glass at an angle, and fill just over half with Bass Ale.

2. Slowly add the Guinness letting the flow hit the side of the glass or por it over an upside down spoon to prevent the ale and the stout from mixing.

3. Fill the glass to the top and serve.


Helpful Hints:

A variation on this is the Half & Half made using Harp's Lager instead of Bass Ale. Harp's Lager is brewed by Guinness.
