1. Place the potatoes in a pot and add enough salted water to cover.2. Cook until tender. Drain.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
4. Mash and whip the potatoes.
5. Add the sugar, eggs, raisins, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, evaporated milk, chopped pecans, shredded coconuts and melted Olive Lea Spread. Mix well.
6. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and cover with marshmallows.
9. Return to the oven and continue cooking until brown.
