Instructions:
1. Rinse and drain lettuce; tear into bite-size pieces. 2. Drain pineapple, reserving ¼ cup juice. 3. Put lettuce, pineapple chunks, and dried cherries in a large salad bowl; mix well. 4. Combine vegetable oil, reserved pineapple juice, vinegar, honey, and mustard; mix well. 5. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over lettuce mixture.
Helpful Hints:
Fresh cherries can be substituted for the dried cherries.
