1.
Slice bread crosswise so that each slice is about 1 1/2
inches thick.
2. Cut each slice into thirds, if desired.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, except oil, and mix
well.
4. Quickly dip slices (do not soak) in egg mixtures
and cook on hot oiled griddle until golden brown on
both sides.
5. Keep egg mixture stirred and spices well blended.
