6 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa 6 Tablespoons Sugar 2 1/2 Cups Milk 2 1/2 Cup Light Cream 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract Pinch of Cinnamon Powder Whipped Cream Grated Orange Zest (just the orange part of the peel) Additional cocoa or grated chocolate for topping
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan mix the cocoa and sugar.
2. Place on low heat. Slowly add milk while stirring to dissolve.
3. Add light cream, cinnamon, vanilla and heat to just under boiling. As soon as you see bubbles forming remove it from the heat.
4. Pour into warm mug and top with whipped cream, cocoa or chocolate, and finely ground orange zest.
