1 1/2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 6 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir until well blended.
2. Pour into cupcake tins lined with cupcake paper or foil.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
4. Let cool on a wire rack and frost with your favorite icing.
