Italian fontina sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 cup cubed Fontina cheese Salt, pepper, paprika Milk to cover 5 tablespoons butter 4 eggs, beaten 4 slices French toast

Instructions:
|
Soak cheese cubes in milk to cover for 1 hour. Mix with beaten eggs, season with salt, pepper and paprika. In saucepan, melt butter, stir in cheese-milk-egg mixture. Scramble over very low heat until mixture is creamy. Pour over slices of French toast on individual plates and serve at once.
