Steaks with Mango Relish
- 10 ounce swordfish steaks,
ripe mango, peeled and chopped finely,
red bell pepper, finely chopped,
teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped,
tablespoon lime juice,
salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the mango, red bell pepper, chopped cilantro
and lime juice, mix well and set aside.
Season the swordfish steaks with salt and freshly ground
black pepper and cook them over a flat top grill or
broil in the oven.
About five minutes before the swordfish steaks are ready,
spoon the relish on top of them and finish cooking them
in the oven.
