Huli-Huli Spareribs for Two
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce1/4 cup brown sugar, packed1/4 cup chopped green onions1/8 cup tomato ketchup1 small clove garlic, pressed1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger root1 1/2 pounds (680 g) pork spareribs, cut into 1-rib pieces
Instructions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.2. Add ribs and toss to thoroughly coat.3. Reserving sauce, remove ribs and place meaty side up in a microwave-safe baking dish.4. Let stand 10 minutes.5. Cover; microwave on Medium-High (70%) 16 minutes, rotating dish once. Remove ribs.6. Cook on grill about 6 inches (11 cm) from medium-hot coals 8 to 10 minutes, turning over and brushing occasionally with reserved sauce.
