Spinach Cake

4 eggs (beaten)
300g fresh spinach (washed & chopped)
2 medium onions (chopped)
2 cups of milk
2 cups of self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt or less (depends on how salty cheese you use)
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
300g grated cheese


Mix eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, add spinach, onions and cheese.
Pour cake mix into two medium size baking tins (buttered or covered with Teflon oven liners).
Bake in 140 degrees Celsius (248 Fahrenheit) for about an hour.
Leave aside for a while before serving.

Serve warm or cold.
