In a large bowl, beat eggs, orange juice, and sugar. Add
oil, mix well. Add salt, flour, and baking powder, mix
with a wooden spoon. Add vanilla extract and chopped almonds.
2) Shape dough into two 12" half moon logs and place on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden (about 15
minutes). Remove from oven and let cool for awhile.
3) Cut cookies 1/2 inch thick and re−cook at
450 degrees F until golden on both sides
