3 cups cooked sweet potatoes 1 tsp vanilla ½ tsp salt ½ cup butter ¾ cup sugar ½ bag marshmallows
Topping: 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season sweet potatoes with vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Whip all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread over the top of sweet potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
