Recipe for Red Chili Sauce By Ashley Clark 1 cup water 1 tbs of red chili powder 1 tbs of cumin 1 tbs of garlic powder 3 tbs of olive oil 2 tbs of flour Pinch of oregano Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and heat in saucepan on high until it comes to a rapid boil. 2. Remove as soon as this occurs. Your sauce will have been thickened by the heat and will thicken more with as it sits.

Helpful Hints:
Use this sauce to mix into shredded meats. For example, I used this sauce to make the filling of my pork enchiladas. All I had to do was boil the pork first, until thoroughly cooked, before placing the sauce and the pork into a food processor for four pulses! Delicioso!
