Star Wars
Han Solo's Millennium Falcon Deluxe Vehicle Kite: by Go Fly a
Kite, for Jakks Pacific Outdoor, recommended age 6+, MSRP $29.99
Now it's okay to tell your kids, "go fly a kite", especially
if they are Star
Wars fans.
With a wingspan
just a bit over three feet the Star Wars Han Solo's Millennium
Falcon Deluxe Vehicle Kite is a huge presence flying overhead.
It may not
"make
the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs", as Hans
Solo did, but kids big and small will have a great time using
wind force to help launch and fly this Millennium
Falcon.
It is hard
to say who really had more fun trying to fly this kite. The younger
kids gave it the old 1-2 try, but each time the younger ones started,
one of the older kids was up and in the mix, "helping out",
within minutes.
It took some
strong wind, a lot of leg power, and quite a few crash tests to
get this big boy flying .... but fly it did. We did not need long
distances or stunt tricks to enjoy ourselves, we were just having
a lot of laughs and a really enjoyable time. That's not always
easy when kids have to take turns. Kite flying is grand entertainment
and often quite comical. It has been a favorite family activity
since before Ben Franklin made his famous kite flight.
Kites are
still simply magical to watch and the bigger the better!
Star Wars
Han Solo's Millennium Falcon Deluxe Vehicle Kite is a whopping
3 feet long, made of durable poly, and comes with kite string
and string winder.
