Let the battle begin! The water balloon battle, that is. Quite frankly, what would summer be without a water balloon fight, toss, game, or two?
Well, the Kaos Nemesis Wrist Launcher is a handy dandy throwing tool for doing just that.
The claim is that it enables you to throw a water balloon 100 feet, and I'd say that's pretty close. You may even get it to fly a little bit farther, since the distace really depends on the arm strength of the flinger.
Kaos Nemesis FUN FACT : the wrist launcher works similar to an ancient, Native atlatl, a tool that uses leverage to achieve greater speed and distance in throwing. Now, with the Kaos Nemesis water balloon launcher, you can have a blast making up your own uses for this new take on this oldest of inventions - including family-friendly water balloon tossing competitions in your own backyard.
The Crew had a great time getting soaked, and they thoroughly enjoyed rocket launching water balloons at each other, but they also kept coming up with new ideas and games to play...
On The View: Hot toys for the summer
First, they tried to see who could toss a water balloon the farthest, then they tried a fling-and-catch game, followed by a "get the balloon in the bucket" competition.
They played for hours, and that's saying something. The Crew ranged in age from 8 to teens, with a few parents who also couldn't resist, and who all agreed that they would be willing to spend their own money to purchase one. (Father's Day gifts anyone?)
The Kaos Nemesis water balloon launcher comes with 50 textured, blue or yellow latex water balloons, and a very handy nozzle attachment. The nozzle attachment fits perfectly on a garden hose and has a little on-off switch for easier balloon filling. The grown-ups loved that.
Another excellent bonus is that the balloons themselves are biodegradable. That is a nice touch of eco-green thinking on Imperial's part. All in all, the Kaos Nemesis is a fun new way to battle with water balloons and is a great summer fun accessory for any age.
Of course, as always we suggest that you get out there and play with your kids. It's just more fun that way.
