Ingredients

Martini

1 1/2 oz gin

1/2 oz dry vermouth

1 green olive or 1 lemon peel

cracked ice

Instructions:

1. Filling cocktail mixing glass with ice ad pour in gin and dry vermouth.

2. Stir and strain into martini glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel or olive

Helpful Hints:

Variation: For a Dirty Martini, add a splash of olive juice and garnish with green olive.

Substitute vodka for gin for a Vodka Martini. For a Martini Royale, add a splash of champagne and garnish with lemon peel.
