Peach Apricot Barbecue Sauce

1 cup apricot nectar

1 cup peach nectar

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup wine vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon chili powder


1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.

2. Lower heat and gently boil for 2 minutes, then cool and refrigerate.

Helpful Hints:

Prepare early so flavors blend. Good when barbecuing pork ribs or chicken.
