Chocolate Chip Walnut Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

 

Number of Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 30 mins. Skill Level: Easy

Ingredients

1/2 lb. (2 sticks) softened butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl beat eggs, butter, sugars, vanilla, baking soda and salt until blended.
3. Stir in flour, oatmeal, raisins, walnuts and chocholate chips.
5. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Helpful Hints:

If you can't decide between oatmeal or chocolate chip cookies, this is a perfect combination of chewy and crunch. And they always go fast!
