Chicken Liver Mazza

Fresh Chicken liver (20 oz) washed and cleaned
1 red onion
2 tbl spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tbl spoon garam masala
1/2 tbl spoon chili powder
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
juice of 2 lemons
oil for frying.
salt to taste


1. Take a deep bowl, put the chiken liver in it and add chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and tumeric.

2. Mix it well, but be careful. The livers should not break.
Keep it for marination for about 10 mins.

3. In a wok (pan can also be used) heat the oil.

4. Once the oil is heated you can deep fry the marinated livers keeping in mind they shoud not break or mash.

5. Let the livers cook until golden brown.

6. Serve it with dipping sause or rotis.

Helpful Hints:

For the dipping sauce: add 1 cup mayonaise, 1 small onion mashed to paste, 2-3 cloves garlic mashed to paste, chilies chopped fine and mix it well until it become a smooth paste. Garnish with chopped coriender leaves.. ENJOY
