1. Take a deep bowl, put the chiken liver in it and add chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and tumeric.
2. Mix it well, but be careful. The livers should not break.
Keep it for marination for about 10 mins.
3. In a wok (pan can also be used) heat the oil.
4. Once the oil is heated you can deep fry the marinated livers keeping in mind they shoud not break or mash.
5. Let the livers cook until golden brown.
6. Serve it with dipping sause or rotis.
