The 2011 preseason begins on Sunday, August 7, 2011 starting with the Chicago Bears and the St. Louis Rams in the Pro Football Hall of Fame televised live from Canton, OH at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

Next, watch for the Seattle Seahawks squaring off against the San Diego Chargers on Thursday, August 11 (ESPN, 8 p.m. ET); the Kansas City Chiefs doing battle with Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Friday, August 12 (FOX, 8 p.m. ET); and the NY Jets meeting the Houston Oilers on Monday, August 15 (ESPN, 8 p.m. ET) in the early start to the 2011 football season.
