The Blue Devils have had a monopoly on March Madness since the eighties, garnering them a top spot among fans and recruiters. Under coach Mike Krzyzewski or coach K, the NCAA Division I team has an exciting history as well as future.

The Duke basketball program is no stranger to great basketball players. Turning out such players as Bobby Hurley, Christian Laettner, Elton Brand and Grant Hill, to name a few, they continue to be a solid pillar of College Basketball and foreshadowing of NBA superstars.

The Duke University Blue Devils, Division I College Basketball team were on fire in the '05 - '06 season. They just narrowly missed a undefeated season with a crushing loss to the Florida Seminoles March 1st, 2006.
