Walk the Plank for Smoky BBQ Flavor

 | Grill with wood planks to add a smoky
flavor to fish, chicken or other grilled foods.

If
you're looking for a new grilling idea, walk the plank!
Cedar
plank grilling infuses food with a delicious smoky flavor.
The
beauty of this method is it requires little supervision, so you can spend less time at the barbecue and more time with family and friends. Plank-grilled foods are a refreshing change of pace from typical barbecue fare.
The result is moist, flavorful and it's so easy to do!
