Where: Airing on BET from Las Vegas

Audiences nationwide will found out who will be the tops in hip-hop when the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards is televised on the BET on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 beginning at 8 p.m. ET/PT. (The show will tape in Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 8 and will air on BET one week later.)

2024 BET Hip Hop Awards nominees, already announced, had girl power on display as Megan Thee Stallion leeads the list with 12 nods, including Hip Hop Artist of the Year.

Also competing for the top prize are Cardi B, GloRilla and Nicki Minaj and an equal number of men including 21 Savage, Drake, Future and Kendrick Lamar.

Other top nominees this year include Kenrick Lamar with 11 nods, followed by Drake with eight and Cardi B, GloRilla, Metro Boomin and Nicki Minaj each with seven nominations. Future and Travis Scott received six nods apiece followed by 21 Savage and 41 with four.

Retuning to host for the third time in a row is hip hop legend Fat Joe.

Meanwhile, hip hop fans can start voting for DJ of the Year, Producer of the Year and Best Hip Hop Platform starting Friday, September 20 at noon ET at bet.com/hip-hop-awards.
