1. Lightly rinse and drain blossoms.
2. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
3. As the oil heats, whisk the flour into 1 cup water until creamy and add salt to taste.
4. When oil is hot, take blossoms by their stems, dip in the batter and fry until golden brown.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinke with salt and serve immediately.
