Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large skillet, add butter and garlic and saute over medium heat.
3. Lower heat and add shrimp, tossing quickly to coat.
4. Remove shrimp to casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
5. Pour wine and lemon juice over the shrimp. Cover, and bake for 5 minutes.
6. Remove cover, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with pasta.
