Ingredients:

64 oz. (8 cups) bread crumbs
2 cups chestnuts, cooked, shelled and chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 teaspoon dried sage 2/3 cup butter, softened Chicken broth or water to moisten

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, chestnuts, onion, sage, salt & pepper. 2. Add butter and broth or water to moisten, and mix until well blended.

Helpful Hints:

Stuffs a 10-12 pound turkey.
