Apple 'n Banana Smoothie Cake

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana 1 red apple 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:

1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. grease a loaf pan 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" with
a dimension of 2 1/2"
3. Blend the banana and the apple in a blender until
it looks like a smoothie.
4. Put the smoothie in a medium bowl and sift in the
flour and baking soda.
5. Mix until all the lumps are gone.
6. Next put the sugar in and mix well.
7.place the batter in a loaf pan
8. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes
out clean
