Apple 'n Banana Smoothie Cake

1 ripe banana
1 red apple
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

2. grease a loaf pan 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" with a dimension of 2 1/2"

3. Blend the banana and the apple in a blender until it looks like a smoothie.

4. Put the smoothie in a medium bowl and sift in the flour and baking soda.

5. Mix until all the lumps are gone.

6. Next put the sugar in and mix well. the batter in a loaf pan

8. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
