WHEN: CANCELLED WHERE: No network or venue announced as yet
This year's 51st annual American Music Awards, which was tenatively scheduled to air in November on ABC, will be skipping the 2023 music awards season this year as the Billboard Music Awards takes over the AMAs traditional November slot.
Instead, industry insiders say, the AMAs may switch with the Billboard Music Awards beginning in 2024 by taking over Billboard's May airdate. Yet so far there has no been no official announcement of when or on what TV network (or streaming service) the awards show will partner with as it resets its schedule..
Meanwhile, keep it here as further updates as they are announced!
