Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, add breadcrumbs and sour cream and stir until well blended. Set aside. 2. In a large skillet, add onion and butter and cook until tender. 3. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef and veal, crumb and cream mixture, cooked onion, egg, parsley, and seasonings, and beat together until all ingredients are well blended. 4. Roll mixture into small balls and place on heated skillet over low heat, turning often to brown on all sides.

This is one of our traditional Christmas favorites, but they're also good to serve at buffets, casual get-togethers or at cocktail parties, with a toothpick inserted into each meatball for easy munching.
