4 eggs A few shots of hot sauce Half a green pepper (sliced into bits) One onion (chopped) Oil Two tablespoons Butter Half cup Sliced ham (or another meat – in bits) Half cup Cheddar cheese grated
all the ingredients in a bowl except the oil and onions.
Heat a pan at a little above medium heat and put oil
in it. Add the onions and once they’re browned add the
ingredients from the bowl. When the bottom of the omelette
is cooked, flip it over and cook the other side.
